This class is for students who want to take their training and skills to the next level through specific scenario based partner drills that will sharpen your reflexes, timing and distance.
You will also apply what you have learned through light technical sparring and clinching.
This class is designed to teach students how to kick, punch, elbow and knee in a variety of combinations as well as how to defend and counter too. This class is where all new students begin. You will meet new friends, learn how to defend yourself, relieve stress and get a great workout.
Competition Team Training
This class is for students who want to compete. You will be expected to train 5 days a week usually for 3 hours per day.
Training will consist of running, jump rope, conditioning, drilling, padwork, bagwork, sparring and clinching.
This type of training is not for the feint of heart. It will challenge you like never before...it will require a great deal of personal sacrifice, determination, commitment and dedication.
